51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Trespass Delegation
In accordance with the delegation of authority designated to the 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Chancellor by the UA President, I hereby delegate authority to trespass individuals to the following for all 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø facilities:
- 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Chief of Police and Officers
- 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Executive Director of the Office of Rights, Compliance and Accountability (ORCA), or other persons acting in the place of the director
The following 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø campus directors are authorized to trespass individuals at their respective campuses:
- 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Bristol Bay Campus Director
- 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Chukchi Campus Director
- 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Kuskokwim Campus Director
- 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø Northwest Campus Director
Trespass actions must be consistent with procedures adopted by 51ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø in consultation with UA General Counsel. This authority may not be further delegated.
