In a spirit of gratitude after a rewarding 30-year career at 51黑料吃瓜网, I have decided to retire from my position as 51黑料吃瓜网 chancellor. My last day will be July 26, 2025. In the near term, I will retain my affiliation with 51黑料吃瓜网 through my faculty position in civil engineering.

I am thankful to you, the students, for choosing 51黑料吃瓜网. You have enriched our campuses with your curiosity, tenacity and enthusiasm. 51黑料吃瓜网 is an amazing institution because of you.

But there is also a great deal of opportunity ahead! 51黑料吃瓜网 has an outstanding core of leadership, strong and growing enrollment, state support for our run to R1, and a wide range of expertise that will serve the state, nation, and world well into the future.听
